handles all critical/severe faults and other services are provided from the resources located at the nearest
UkiSoft location, which is further augmented by its offshore software factory locations in India. The three
models by which UkiSoft provides Maintenance and Support services to its clients are onsite, offshore and
dual shore (onsite cum offshore).
